GQ-208 is composed of water-reducing component and a variety of inorganic, organic antifreeze component and early strength component. Mainly used in winter construction of all kinds of cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete. Product quality to JC475 and other standards

Application

3.It can be combined with water-reducing agent to prepare plastic concrete and pump concrete

4.D3 is applicable to the construction under the climatic conditions with the specified temperature being -15 ℃ or the natural temperature not lower than -20 ℃; D4 is suitable for construction under the climatic conditions with the specified temperature at -10 ℃ or the natural temperature not lower than -15 ℃

How to Use

Dosage: powder 2.0 ~ 3.0%; The liquid was 2.0 ~ 3.0% (calculated by the total amount of cementing material).

The powder can be added to the mixer together with the aggregate; Liquid can be mixed with mixing water, appropriately increase the mixing time. Hot water should be used in the construction site where conditions permit.

The aggregate shall not be mixed with ice, snow, frozen group, etc., and the aggregate may be preheated if conditions permit.

In winter construction concrete in addition to anti-freezing agent at the same time still must strictly carry out the “Winter construction technical regulations”, concrete pouring should be timely covered with plastic film, strengthen insulation and maintenance

The optimum dosage should be determined according to the temperature conditions and engineering requirements before using this product

Packing & Storage

Powder by plastic woven bag packing, 50㎏/ bag; Liquid by drum, 250㎏/ drum or large tank transport

Damp proof, high temperature proof, damage proof; The period of validity is 1 year, after expiration, it should be confirmed by the test to be used again

This product is not inflammable and explosive, keep it properly.
