GQ-SN is a type of liquid state concrete accelerator. The main component of GQ-SN is sodium aluminate. The admixture is used mainly for sprayed concrete; it can accelerate the hardening process of concrete efficiently, and has the advantages of lower dust density, low resilience, high long-term strength, etc.
1 Accelerating the hardening of concrete efficiently. It can make the initial setting time less than 5 min and the final setting time less than 10 min.
2 Effectively increase early strength, and no effect to long-term strength.
3 Low resilience in use of the proportion of concrete.
4 Tiny expansive, can improve the water seepage.
5 Weaken the sensitivity of the polycarboxylate water-reducer to raw materials, water consumption and dosage.
Cementitious construction materials, especially recommended for early-strength cementitious construction, such as spraying mortar, sprayed concrete, plugging concrete, tunnel lining concrete, etc.

Dosage: The recommended dosage is 6.0-8.0% by weight of binding material. The practical dosage should be based on cement type, environment temperature, water cement ratio, strength grade, construction technology and project requirement. It is recommended that you should test the performance using raw materials on site.
Usage: Put the mixing cementitious materials into injector, accelerator is added in the nozzle. The water cement ratio is recommended 0.33-0.40 for mortar, 0.38-0.44 for concrete, and ensuring the spraying mortar or concrete not flow, pure color.
Package: 200kg/drum, 1000kg/IBC or upon request.
Storage: Stored at ventilated dry warehouse of 2-35℃ and packaged intact, without unsealing, shelf life is 90 days. Qualified before use if exceed the shelf life.
