Production Description

GQ-KG t is composed of micro expansion material, high performance water reducer, a variety of inorganic and organic polymer materials plus PO,42.5 cement. Excellent fluidity, stable slurry, good filling degree, no shrinkage, slight expansion, no harmful substances to the reinforcement. It is the grouting material for post – tensioned pre – stress channels, joints and joints of concrete members. The product quality meets the requirements of TB/T3192-2008, JTG/TF 50-2011 and other standards

How to Use

1.Control water-cement ratio KG(L)01≤0.33, KG(L)02≤0.28 determined by test before use

2.According to the specified mix ratio for mixing, mixing time is not less than 4 ~ 5 minutes, must be in accordance with the requirements of stirring, adding water to use two methods

3.The grouting pump should be cleaned in advance before grouting. The slurry should be continuously stirred to maintain the uniformity and fluidity of the slurry. The slurry must be filled within 30 minutes

4.Piston pressure pump should be used for grouting, and the grouting pressure should not be greater than 0.6mpa

5.Different types of cement from different producing areas have great influence on the application effect of the grouting agent. It is suggested that the best mixing amount of cement varieties and grouting agent should be determined by test before use. Try to choose the cement varieties with good adaptability, shrinkage and high strength

Package& Storage

This product is powder, packed in plastic woven bags lined with plastic film, 40kg/ bag or 50kg/ bag

Resistant to rain, moisture and damage, valid for half a year. Non-flammable and explosive products shall be properly kept
